Legend Training Academy Pte Ltd is Legend Group’s latest addition as a Strategic Business Unit.
We started off as an in-house training department but the strong desire to help uplift the standard
of security industry forms the basic inspiration upon which the Academy was conceptualized and
founded. Realizing the need to provide a professional training centre to meet the stringent
requirements of the consolidated security business in Singapore, we are now an Approved Training
Organization which is recognized by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) to deliver
training under WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications). We offer competency-based training with
modules setting out knowledge and skill standards matched to learning outcomes.

Our competency-based training programs focus on equipping individuals with the competencies to
perform specific job tasks. In these programs, the individual’s competency is assessed using
performance standards that are recognized by the industry thereby enhancing the professionalism
of the Security Industry.
